Be a sponge! Soak up as much as you can. The experience is this profession is the most valuable. Don't be afraid to ask "why" and do your own research! Building relationships will enhance your experience as an HR professional. Lean into your empathy while keeping your HR brain up to date with employment laws, regulations and what is trending in your industry employment market.
