What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
A career in HR is incredibly rewarding and there is such a huge variety of career options within the field. My advice to anyone starting out is to talk to other people in HR already! Most of us love to talk and are more than willing to spend some time advising/mentoring newcomers.
