Jeff is currently a junior in the Human Resource Management program in the Marriott School of Business at BYU. He is also a Technical Recruiter for Tech9 where he full-cycle recruits highly skilled software engineers the U.S., India, and Latin America. When not working or studying, he performs in musicals around Utah county with his wife. His whole career goal is to help others find happiness in their professional lives- whether or not that be with his current company.
What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Keep the door open! I always love learning about new things and am open to new career paths- this has helped me find success in my career!
