Gail is an HR Director for the Rudolph Libbe Group in Toledo, Ohio. She began her HR career at EY and her role took her to Nashville, TN. —That’s where she developed her passion for country music and good BBQ! Family ties beckoned her home and prior to joining the Rudolph Libbe Group, she spent five years at an HR consulting firm. She received her SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation in 2015, is a member of SHRM, and will be President of the Northwest Ohio HR Association in 2023. She is most proud and humbled by being named the Northwest Ohio Human Resources Association HR Professional of the Year in 2020.
What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Build trust through building relationships with your leaders, associates, and colleagues by being responsive and keeping your commitments.
