What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
For those just getting started in HR, I highly recommend just being open to growth. This industry has so many updates and extraordinary people willing to help and grow themselves. Ask as many questions as you can, and never have the mindset of knowing it all.
