Her extensive background encompasses progressive HR and strategic operations, combined with more than 10 years of managerial experience. They excel in multi-site organizations and have demonstrated strong emotional intelligence, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and project management capabilities. Dawn currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources/Chief Compliance Officer for The League for People with Disabilities. Dawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, and she holds the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. Dawn also serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with HRCI, the governing body of the PHR and SPHR certifications.
