Danielle Kalaau is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience working in Financial Services. She began her career on Wall Street in Training and Development eventually running an Analyst and MBA Recruiting/Training Program for the CFO of global investment banks. Her role included campus recruiting, training, compensation, placement, year end reviews, employee relations, marketing, etc. Her latest role has her starting an HR department from the ground up for a small mortgage business that is rapidly expanding and now has a need to implement policies and procedures. A challenge she is eager to take on and grow from. In her free time, Danielle enjoys working out, spending time with her family, cooking, reading and meeting new people.
