What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Keep the human element at the core of everything you do. It's easy to get lost in restrictions and regulations and parts of the job feel robotic- which employees don't connect at all. If you can maintain empathy through it, but hold firm boundaries, you will find success.
