What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
I've only been in HR for two years, so my advice for new starts in the field is to be open-minded and be confident in your voice. There's a lot you learn and quickly, but don't forget your voice has meaning too. We are humans helping manage humans and we can provide a grounding view to our leaders. Our role is important, so don't let others forget that.
