What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
I want to get into HR myself. I would tell others to not give up and try studying for PHR and/or get a degree in HR. Get to know people and be humble. Admit to mistakes and use strategies that will bolster performance. Your strategies must align with the overall business strategy.
