What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
We all had to start somewhere! Be thoughtful about what you have to offer an organization and be sure to communicate that effectively. HR is an environment where there are many opportunities to learn and grow. It's also a wonderful community where colleagues are willing to share their knowledge. Don't be afraid to ask questions and GOOD LUCK on your journey!
