Adam is an experienced leader with over 15 years of experience in student housing. For the past 6 years, he has honed his skills in people operations, learning & development, and employee engagement and currently serves as a Director of Training & Experience in Dallas, TX. Adam is passionate about finding great talent, getting that talent onboarded and trained well, and helping employees develop into great managers and leaders. On any given night or weekend, you will find him reading books or scouring articles finding the next latest trend he can use to create better experiences for his team members. When he's not reading or developing a new skill, you can find him in his LEGO® Room building something great!
