What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Although starting out in HR can be overwhelming at first, we've all been there before. The ability to work hard and adapt will help set you apart as you learn and grow in HR. As long as you keep your employee's needs in mind you'll be doing the most important part of your job.
