Take the uncertainty out of an employee’s first day.

Do your part to make the first day a little less daunting. As part of Eddy’s customizable onboarding packets, you can craft a first-day message that will help new hires feel more comfortable coming to work for the first time.

Provide any information your new hire needs to know.

The new hire message starts with the employee’s start date and time, location, and dress code (optional), so there’s no confusion about where to go, when to be there, or what to wear.

Personalize your message.

Make the first-day message more meaningful by adding a personalized note. Here, you can welcome the new employee, thank them for joining the team, and give special instructions, such as where to park when they arrive at work.

Make sure the team gets involved.

Give new hires a jump start on introductions by including a “who you’ll meet” section. There, they’ll see the names and photos of the team members they’ll get to know.

Trusted by hundreds of local businesses everywhere.

I really like being able to send an onboarding packet out to a new employee. They handle it, and signatures are gathered, and I can access those documents anytime I need.

If I was just paying for the onboarding part of Eddy, I would still be happy with what I’m paying for.

Being able to send them everything they need to just have them ready to go … is really helpful. And then being able to continue to send documents, signatures, notifications … the whole entire new hire packet process is the key for me as I onboard people.
