Sheena has served in several leadership roles for the Salt Lake chapter of SHRM including the role of president and was also honored by Utah Business Magazine in 2021 for her accomplishments in the HR industry!
What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Get involved in your SHRM chapter and other HR organizations to connect with others in the same profession. Be willing to try new things. And think outside the box, HR is the heart of an organization and can have a major impact - for the better or worse!
